Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it: new,
unworn, and undamaged with original tags and packaging. Items with wear, stains, no
tags, and damaged packaging will not be considered for exchange or store credit.
Upon arrival at the Shop at Amandine warehouse, all returned items are thoroughly
inspected. Shop at Amandine reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if
returned merchandise is in good condition.
Note that original the shipping charges are non-transferable and non-refundable.

All returns are for an exchange consideration or a Shop at Amandine store credit (which
can be used at our store or online). Once your return has been processed on our end, you
will receive an email notification with your store credit information. Please allow up to 5
days for return processing. It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by
Shop at Amandine when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best
service and tracking ID.
All “SALE” items are final.
All of our items are shipped within 48hours of purchase. Please bear in mind that we are
only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these
packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
Due to current world climate, COVID-19, you may experience shipping delays that are
beyond our control.
Once your order for pick-up has been received and confirmed, your order will be ready
for pickup within 2 hours. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a
